Tarlton Victorian Sr., a cherished soul known affectionately as "Vic" or "Black" to those close to him, passed away on February 10, 2024, surrounded by love and family. Born on July 9, 1947, Vic shared his entrance into the world with his twin brother, Carlton, marking the beginning of a life filled with love, service, and family.

Vic proudly served in the army from 1968 to 1970, a time that shaped much of his life's path. After returning home, he found his lifelong love, Kathy Anderson, and together they embarked on a journey of love and partnership that lasted 52 incredible years. Settling in the Southbelt area, Vic and Kathy made their home and life there. Their marriage was a testament to love, dedication, and joy, filled with countless vacations and adventures that brought endless happiness to their family.

Together, Vic and Kathy welcomed two sons, Joey and John Victorian, who would go on to give Vic the cherished title of "Grandpa" to three grandchildren: Juliette, Abram and Aubrey Victorian. His family was the light of his life, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

Beyond his family, Vic had a passion for singing and playing the guitar, interests that he shared with all who knew him. His love for these forms of art made for many memorable evenings and lively discussions with friends and family alike.

Vic's legacy is one of love, service, and joy, deeply rooted in his faith. A devoted Catholic, he attended services regularly, living his faith through his actions and kindness towards others. He was also a beloved role model and father figure to many nieces and nephews, spreading his love and wisdom far beyond his immediate family. Moreover, Vic was an honorary grandfather to many, embodying a spirit of guidance that touched the hearts of all who knew him. He will be deeply missed by those who were fortunate enough to know him, but his spirit, guided by his faith, will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.

Vic is preceded in death by his parents; Houston and Irene as well as his brothers and sisters; Griffin Victorian, Gracie Dugas, Linda Boutte, Carlton Victorian, Lee Royal Victorian. He is survived by his wife; Kathy; brother; Clifford Victorian; sisters; Lora Gene Anderson and Bernice Bushnell. Children: Joey Victorian and wife Kelli, and John Victorian and wife Jackie Grandchildren: Juliette, Abram and Aubrey Victorian.

The Celebration of Life will take place at Saint Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church on Monday, February 19, 2024. Visitation will be held from 10:00-11:45am. The Rosary will begin at 10:30am and Mass at 12:00pm. Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
