Sandra Lugene Niemeyer, of Houston, Texas sadly passed away May 10th, 2023, at the young age of 66. Sandra was born to Alfred Eugene Niemeyer Jr. and Billie Jean Niemeyer on September 8th, 1956 in Galveston Texas.

She started a family young and then concentrated on her career as a nursing assistant once her children were grown. The past decade she has been caring for her mother so she could stay at the home she has lived in since 1968.

She is preceded in death by her father Alfred in 2008. Sandra is survived by her loving mother Billie Jean Niemeyer, brother Alfred Eugene Niemeyer III and wife Kathleen Niemeyer, her three children Teresa Lugene Dalquist and her husband Christopher Dalquist, Terry Wayne Church and his wife Alicia Ann Church, and Timothy Shayne Church. She is also survived by her 4 granddaughters Celene Meadow Church, Abigail Gui Church, Sawyer Grace Church, and Sloane Faith Church.

The funeral service will be held at Peevey Funeral Home, Monday, May 22, 2023 at 11:am, with visitation one hour prior to the service. The burial will follow at Galveston Memorial Park Cemetery, if anyone wishes to attend.
