Robert "Bobby" Northcutt, 85, of Bayou Vista, Texas, passed away peacefully on October 1, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on January 3, 1940, in Freer, Texas.

Bobby proudly served his country in the United States Army. Following his military service, he embarked on a long and rewarding career with Delta Airlines as an aircraft mechanic, where he worked with dedication for 27 years before retiring.

Bobby lived a full and vibrant life. He had a passion for flying, racing motorcycles, fishing, deer hunting, and dancing. One of his greatest joys was gathering with family and friends for barbecue cook-offs, where he was known for his good humor, generous spirit, and warm heart.

A man of deep faith, Bobby was a devoted member of Faith Community Church, where he found strength, fellowship, and enduring friendships.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Winnie Northcutt, Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Billie Northcutt; his sons, Jeff Northcutt and Craig Northcutt (and wife Dee); his grandchildren, Melanie, Tiffany and Trey; and several great-grandchildren. He is also survived by four sisters-in-laws, two brothers-in-laws and numerous nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

A service to honor Bobby's life will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Road, Houston, Texas. Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service.

Following the service, family and friends are invited to a gathering at City of Bayou Vista Community Center to share memories and celebrate Bobby's life together.
