Raymond received his Angel wings to be with our Lord on September 22, 2022, in Houston, Texas.

Raymond was born in Youngstown, Ohio on November 1,1936 where he lived until February 1950. His family moved to Pasadena, TX at this time. Raymond graduated from Pasadena High School in 1954. He spent summers working at a grocery store, and later went to work for Goodyear in Pasadena, Tx. This is where he spent the next 30 years working his way up to becoming a supervisor over the plant, before retiring in May 1996. Raymond had a unique ability to instantly become friends with people. He would always bring out the good in people no matter what. Raymond was a devoted Christian man that would help anyone in need and loved life. Therefore, so many people whose lives he touched call him friend. Raymond was very involved in the Men's Group at St. Francis Cabrini Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Raymond's life revolved completely around his church, spending time with his family, attending sporting events, helping others, explaining life to his children, and reading his Bible. He was amazing at keeping up with all his grandchildren's sports schedules, family birthdays, weddings and making many great family memories that will stay in our hearts forever.

Raymond was preceded in death by his father John Earl McInnis, his mother Mary Elizabeth McInnis, his wife Gloria Diana McInnis, and his daughter and son in law, Denise, and Ron Busby. He is survived by his daughter Darla (Gregg) Hurst, Kevin McInnis, Dana Gaspard, Gloria Caballero, Jose (Amy) Maldonado, Diana Maldonado, Frances (Robert) Harlow, his Grandchildren, Jeremy (Randy) Sandel, Justin (Kristan) Sandel and 3 sons, Chris (Chelsea) Sandel daughter and son, Amy (Nick) Cronan 2 daughters and son, Brittany(Joe) Jordan, Chelsey (Brian) Owen, Tiffany (Ty) Maines and 2 sons, Whitney (Franklin) Addison, son and daughter, Jose A. Maldonado III (Marisa), Samantha Maldonado and 2 daughters, Brianna Maldonado, Marisa Maldonado, Juliana Maldonado, Robert Caballero Jr., Erin (AJ) Weber, Sophia Caballero and 2 daughters, Ameris (Mark) Stahman and daughter, Christian (Mikaela) Harlow and son, Joshua and Johnathan Harlow, sister Peggy Hughes and brother Richard (Jeanne) McInnis, and numerous nieces and nephews. Raymond will be dearly missed by many. Rest Peacefully and God Speed to our Dad!

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am Tuesday, September 27, 2022, at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, located at 10727 Hartsook St., Houston 77034, with visitation prior to mass beginning at 9:15am. In lieu of flowers, the family asks to consider giving the gift of life and donate blood in Raymond's name to your local blood bank as Raymond has done.

We ask that you dress in your Houston Astros or Houston Texans attire for Raymond's celebration at the church.
