Phillip Edward Ramirez, 59 years of age, passed on August 31, 2024. He was born January 20, 1965, in Freeport, Texas to Filomeno and Julis Ramirez.

He is survived by his mother, Julis Ramirez, siblings, Teresa Munoz (Jose), Julio Ramirez (Nancy), Jessica De La Cruz (Arnold), nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his father, Filomeno Ramirez, sister-in-law, Belinda Ramirez, paternal and maternal grandparents.

He was a man of very few words and loved to work outside in his neon colors.
