It is with great sadness that the family of Peggy Mason Fojt announce her passing. On November 2, 2024, Peggy Mason Fojt of Houston, Tx and 50 year resident of SageGlen community became an angel at the age of 84. She was surrounded by family, and will be lovingly remembered by her children, grandchildren, brothers, friends and family.

Peggy was predeceased by her husband of 40+ years Allen Roy Fojt, mother Florence Reagan Mason, father Jo Mason, grandson Aiden Oliver Fojt and many beloved Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Peggy is survived by her son and daughter Stephen Allen Fojt and Kaysie Fojt Roach, brothers George Mason and Robert Butch Mason, grandchildren Connor Allen Roach, Stephen Miles Fojt, Emily Sue Roach, and Tristan Allen Fojt and many nieces and nephews and greats.

Peggy Mason Fojt was born in Junction City, Arkansas and spent her school days and her college years in many parishes of Louisiana, while completing her final semester at Louisiana Tech where she accepted an amazing opportunity at Control Data Corporation bringing her to Houston Tx. She loved the city, the traveling, the excitement and quickly moved into management. Meeting her future husband to be and quickly deciding to grow a family. Peggy and Allen adopted boy/girl twins in 1977 and their parenting journey began. Peggy loved all things family, reunions, birthdays, holidays, weddings, any event that brought family together. Peggy was a kind, nurturing, caring, animal lover. She was patient, smart, beautiful, understanding, and the most wonderful Mother, daughter, Granny, sister Aunt and friend anyone could ask for.

Peggy loved to travel, shop, quilt, family dinners, crossword finds, puzzles, and a rum and Coke or margarita now and then. Peggy loved working and meeting new people and is forever young at heart. She will be missed but never forgotten.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 16, from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Road, Houston, Texas 77089.
