Paul Fowlé, beloved husband and father, lost his battle with colon cancer on December 28, 2021 at the age of 82. He was born in Shreveport, LA on June 19, 1939 to Paul Eugene Fowlé, Sr. and Joye Estelle Foshee. He was predeceased by his parents, his younger brothers, Buddy and Bradley, and his son, Jeffrey Michael Fowlé. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Marilyn McCorkle Fowlé, and children Teri Fowlé Crawford, Robert Fox, Andrea Fowlé, and William Fowlé. He is also survived by his sister, Cassandra Fowle Steele, his brother Scott Fowle, and many life-long friends.

Paul lived a life of adventure and experienced life at its fullest. He grew up in Bennett, Colorado and lived in France and Germany while serving in the United States Air Force. After leaving the Air Force, he developed a trade in heating and air conditioning. He spent his career working for various companies in Arizona, California, Washington, Wyoming, Colorado, and Texas. While in Texas, he started his own company, Clear Lake Refrigeration, where he served multiple clients in commercial air conditioning and refrigeration.

His family remembers him as an adventurous man who loved flying his own plane, was always quick to load up the car and head out on a trip, on the boat, or wherever to create fun for everyone. His favorite time was developing a lake property on Lake Madison in South Dakota where his family lived and enjoyed many idyllic summers. In his last few years, he was able to RV with his wife, traveling the country and especially loved "boondocking" in the wilderness of the West. He loved to laugh, including laughing at himself more than anything else. He never met a person he couldn't talk with, brightening every room he walked into and leaving everyone with a smile, saying "Bye, Paul!" when he left.

The memorial service with military honors will be held Friday, January 14, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Peevey Funeral Home 12440 Beamer Road, Houston Tx. Inurnment will follow at Houston National Cemetery.
