Vincent Ngoc Van Phan of Houston, TX passed away on Monday, October 13, 2025. He was born on December 2, 1958 to his parents Tiep Van Phan and Len Thi Phan in Bien Hoa, Vietnam. He immigrated to the United States in 1982. He and his wife, Lien Nguyen, were married on February 4, 1989 and later welcomed their four sons. Ngoc is survived by his wife, Lien Nguyen, their four sons Martin, Matthew, Marcus, and Mason Phan, and his daughter-in-law Ashlee Phan of Houston, TX. He is also survived by his 5 siblings. He is preceded in death by his parents, Tiep and Len Phan.

Ngoc Phan pursued a successful career as a carpenter for over 40 years. It was something he loved to do before he retired at the age of 65. He also managed a household of four sons for many years and raised them to become good men. He loved his family with everything that he had and always worked hard to support them. His favorite hobbies included gardening, photography, and fixing cars. He also enjoyed raising chickens and taking care of animals. As a family member and friend, he was very kind and generous towards others. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. Ngoc's life was a life well lived. Above all else, Ngoc's life will always be remembered as a life lived with love, strength, and honor.

The visitation will be held from 2:00pm to 9:00pm, Friday, October 24, 2025, at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Road, Houston, Texas 77089.

The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Vietnamese Martyrs Catholic Church, 10610 Kingspoint Road, Houston, Texas 77075, interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
