Michael Edward Thomas, Sr., born April 14, 1951, passed away August 14, 2026, surrounded by the love and memories of those who were blessed to know him.

Michael was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He will be remembered not only for the life he lived, but for the love he gave to his family and the lasting memories he created with them.

He leaves behind his two sons, Michael Edward Thomas Jr. and Christopher Lee Thomas Sr., who will carry his memory and legacy forward.

Michael's grandchildren include Jennifer, Christopher, Joseph, Christopher Jr, Lillian, Julian, Nolen, Roy, Mikey, and Rylee. He was also a proud great-grandfather to Nolani, Ivy, and Asher.

Michael was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Nery, His father, James, his mother, Mary, and daughter, Edith Thomas.

He left us great memories, riding motorcycles, coaching our youth sports, building and flying RC planes, and building a successful business that showed his hard work and dedication to us.

His family was his greatest legacy, and the love he shared will continue to live on through them. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will remain in the hearts of his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched and he will be missed.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm., Tuesday, August 25, at Peevey Funeral Home.
