Martha Pearl Satterfield "Gigi", age 70 of League City Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior on October 29,2023 due to natural causes.  On that day the Lord called home his sweet angel. Gigi touched so many lives during her time here with us and we are all grateful.

Gigi was born August 9, 1953 to Leslie Leamon Long and Mamie Marguerite Long. And step father Leroy Senter. She is one of 4 children born to Margie and Leslie her siblings are Leslie Lee, Diane Horton and Buddy Long.

Gigi was married to David Glyn Satterfield who passed December 8, 1992. They had one daughter Natalie Lynn Capuano.

Gigi was a devoted grandmother of Ayden Christopher and Colton Joseph Capuano. She did not hesitate to tell anyone she met how proud she was of these two amazing boys and how they were the light of her life.

Gigi could light up a room with her laughter and witty sense of humor. She spent her life trying to help everyone around her and to make others happy. Her passion for Christ and kind spirit were a magnet to everyone around her and will never be forgotten.

She is survived by Natalie Lynn Capuano, Ayden Christopher Capuano, Colton Joseph Capuano, Lynn Leslie Lee and Russell Lee, Diane Horton, Buddy Long and Gayla Long as well as numerous nieces,  nephews and loving friends.

She is preceded by her parents Leslie Leaman Long, Margie Marguerite Long, late husband David Satterfield, Gerald Horton, Leroy Center, Tom Long, Earl Long.

Pallbearers will be Ayden Capuano, Colton Capuano, Christopher Capuano, Karson Schulz, Lance Lindroos, Akin Wells, Kyler Casey and Colt Ferraro.

A celebration of life will be held at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Rd. Saturday, November 4th, at 10:00am., with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Chita Baptist Cemetery 108 Chita Cemetery Rd, Trinity TX 75862.
