Margaret Ann (Heussner) Cardwell Regul, 78, of Houston, Texas was called to her heavenly home on January 7, 2023, with her loving family by her side.

Ann was born in Houston on April 10, 1944, to Frank and Carol (Peterman) Heussner. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip E. Cardwell, brother, Frank Morley Heussner, and great-granddaughter, Summer Ann Falk, her namesake.

She is survived by brother Kenneth Wayne Heussner and sister Carol Susan (Heussner) McMahan; daughters, Debra Sue (Cardwell) Jackson, Melissa Cardwell-Battistoni, and Angela S. (Cardwell) Kendall; son, Michael Dean Cardwell; grandsons, Phillip Falk, Harold Christopher Falk, and Weston Stanford; granddaughters Olivia Kendall, Jordan (Kendall) Moore, and Savannah Battistoni; and 13 great grandchildren.

Her final homecoming celebration will be held Friday, March 3, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Sagemont Church. Interment will be at a later date at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, time and date to be announced. Ann's remains will be placed next to her beloved husband Philip Cardwell.
