Lyndsay Nicole Tibbetts (LuLu), 33, of Deer Park, Texas, tragically passed away on July 26, 2025, in an accident at home.

Lyndsay was born July 13, 1992 in Dayton Ohio, the daughter of Debra Tibbetts and Nicholas Bertoldo.

Lyndsay graduated from Deer Park High School in 2011 and then from San Jacinto College. She moved on to Baylor University earning a Bachelors of Arts in Film and Digital Media, and a minor in Music.  Her education continued at Houston Christian University where she earned a Masters of Fine Arts in Cinematic Arts.

Growing up Lyndsay joyfully and successfully participated in a wide variety of activities. She held 2 national pageant titles, enjoyed drill team in the Deer Park Dear Hearts, later the Deer Escorts, competitive cheer and later being a drill team coach. Lyndsay played flute in band and high school marching band. At Baylor, she proudly served as Marigold on spirit squad. Lyndsay was a talented vocalist and long time participant in choirs at church, elementary school, junior high and high school. Her choral accomplishments include 2 time All Area choir. She also spent four years in acapella choir at Baylor. Lyndsay was also a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority.

She has been a life long member of South Main Baptist Church, where she actively sang in the choir, was involved in the youth group and JOY group.

Lyndsay volunteered at Air Force Wounded Warrior Project and worked as a substitute teacher at Deer Park Independent School District.

Lyndsay especially loved screen play development, digital media and cinematography.

Lyndsay was fiercely dedicated to her family and she always strived to be helpful and loving in her acts of service. She had an inner light that shone through her smile.

Remaining to cherish Lyndsay's memory are Debra TIbbetts, mother; Tiffany Brenner, sister; Sean Brenner, brother; Clifford Tibbetts, grandfather; Jaxon Alexander Brenner, nephew; and her beloved service dog Bucky. Additionally Connie and Bob Parker, aunt and uncle; Pennie DeLozier, Robert Parker Jr, Zachary and Mikel Magnusson, cousins; Rick Brenner, grandfather; Paul and Caroline Brenner, uncle and aunt; Gretchen Maddock, Nick Maddock, Preston Brenner, Norma Brenner and Peyton Brenner, cousins.  Preceding Lyndsay in death is Charlsie Tibbetts, grandmother.

A Celebration of Life will be held at South Main Baptist Church, 4300 East Sam Houston Parkway S, Pasadena, Texas 77505, at 11:00am, August 2, 2025, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
