Mrs. Linda Ann Ferro, 78, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 20, 2022 at her home in Houston, Texas. The oldest of three, Linda was born February 27, 1944 in Houston, Texas and graduated from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel.

She married the love of her life, Sammy Ferro, in 1967 and had three wonderful children, four granddaughters, and two great-grandchildren. Before staying home to be with her children, Linda worked for what was formerly Houston Methodist St. John Hospital. She loved her family, friends, animals, and lived a beautiful life full of love and compassion. She was a kind and selfless woman who was loved by all who knew her, and she will be sorely missed.

She is preceded in death by her father, John Cegielski, mother, Dolores Cegielski, and great-grandson, Luke Flusche. Linda is survived by her husband, Sammy Ferro, daughters Deanna and Shanna Ferro, son and daughter-in-law, Kyle and Nicole Ferro, granddaughters, Ashley Flusche, Bailey and Emma Ferro, and Gwen Heitman, grandson-in-law, Kevin Flusche, great-granddaughter, Claire Flusche, sisters Jennifer Eklund and Donna Horlander, and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The Rosary will be prayed Friday, December 2, 2022 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm, with visitation to follow until 8:00pm, at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Road, Houston, Texas. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 11:00am at St. Luke the Evangelist Catholic Church, 11011 Hall Road, Houston, Texas. Interment will follow at Mount Olivet Catholic Cemetery in Dickinson, Texas.
