Leann Marguerite Zaro was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on July 30, 1993. She left this world far too soon on January 2, 2025, at the tender age of 31.  Leann was lovingly raised by her mother, Lisa, and their bond was a testament to the love and support they shared throughout Leann's life. They moved to Texas in 2006, and Leann graduated from Santa Fe High School in 2012. In 2010, she met the love of her life, Michael Zaro, and they began a beautiful journey together, culminating in their marriage on July 9, 2016. Their hearts expanded with the arrival of their two precious children: Chloe, born on July 31, 2014, and Michael Zaro Jr. "Bubba," born on November 21, 2016.

Family was the cornerstone of Leann's life. She adored her husband and children with every fiber of her being, embodying the role of a devoted wife, mother, daughter, and friend. Leann had a vibrant spirit that lit up every room she entered, spreading joy and positivity to everyone around her. Her enthusiasm for life was evident in the way she planned wonderful getaways and cherished moments with her loved ones, always dreaming of the next adventure.

Leann approached life with a joyful heart, filled with generosity and a playful spirit that endeared her to many. Her infectious energy and warm smile brought happiness to all who knew her. This was evident in how diverse and wide her tribe was because she left an impression on everyone she met. Even as she faced the challenges brought on by her cancer diagnosis and throughout that journey, she exhibited a courageous warrior spirit and exhibited unwavering strength, inspiring those around her with her relentless positivity and resilience. Throughout her entire life and even until the end, Leann kept her loved ones laughing, reminding us all to find joy even in the smallest moments. This is the gift she left all of those who were fortunate enough to know her, love her and be loved by her. Her light and love will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all those she touched.

Leann was preceded in death by her grandfather, Raymond Edwin High, and grandmother, Luva Laverne Drommond. She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Lisa and Todd Weller; her beloved husband, Michael Zaro; her precious daughter, Chloe Zaro; her dear son, Michael Zaro Jr. "Bubba"; and her brother Zachary Henson and his wife Hannah Henson and their two children, Hazel and Harry. The profound loss of Leann is felt deeply by her family and the countless friends who loved her.
