Judy Carol Zaring, age 86, of Friendswood, Texas, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on March 26, 1940, Judy lived a life rooted in faith, family, kindness, and service to others. A devoted Christian and longtime member of Faith Assembly of God in Pasadena, Texas, she was known for her gentle spirit, generous heart, and unwavering love for those around her. Judy had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel welcome, valued, and cared for.

Judy was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ronald Zaring, and her cherished daughter, Kelli McDuff.

She leaves behind a family who will forever treasure her memory, including her sister, Monty McGee and husband Jim; her son, Devin Zaring and wife Ronda; her daughter, Michelle Briley and husband Daryl; her son-in-law, John McDuff; her beloved dog, Heidi; her grandchildren, Joe and Rene Zaring, Nichole and Cody Bruce, Shanna and Jason Chaka, Daisha and David Martinez, Landon and Jaclyn McDuff, Angelina McDuff, and Megan and Justin Briley; and her treasured great-grandchildren, Jackson Bruce, Rosalie, Chanson, Clara, and Johnny Chaka, Briella, Layla, Elliana, and Ryland Martinez, and Kailey, Sydney, and Jack McDuff.

Judy began her career as a cosmetologist before spending many years as a receptionist at Woodard, Hall & Primm Law Firm. Known for her warm smile, caring nature, and genuine interest in others, she formed lasting friendships wherever she went. In her later years at Village on the Park, she enjoyed Bunco, Bingo, and spending time with friends. Above all, Judy treasured her family. Her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were the center of her world, and she never missed an opportunity to share her love, encouragement, and support with those she cherished.

Judy will be remembered for her compassion, steadfast faith, and generous spirit. Her legacy of love, kindness, and devotion to family will continue to live on through the many lives she touched and the family she loved so deeply.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, July 17, 2026, at 10:00 am, at Faith Assembly of God, 3940 Vista Road, Pasadena, Texas 77504.

While her family mourns her passing, they find comfort in knowing she is at peace in the presence of her Lord and Savior. Her memory will forever remain a blessing to all who knew and loved her.
