Jo Nell Soto, age 62, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. Born on November 25, 1962, to Jesse Neal Reppond and Bonnie Nell Havard, Jo Nell grew up in a home filled with love, laughter, and the strong bonds of family. She was one of six siblings, cherished by her three brothers and two sisters, all of whom held a special place in her heart.

Jo Nell was a devoted wife, sharing 25 beautiful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Joe Soto—a unique love story filled with strength, laughter, and unwavering support. Together, they built a blended family grounded in deep love and unity.

She was a proud and loving mother to five children and their spouses: Jonathan and Jennifer Soto, Ericka Soto and Michael Fuentes, Jerrica and Erric Cabrera, Jaime and Kelly Moreno, and Bradley Netherton. Her legacy continues through the generations she nurtured—13 adoring grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and purpose.

Jo Nell's heart extended beyond her immediate family. She was a treasured aunt to numerous nieces and nephews, always ready with a warm hug, kind words, or a playful laugh. Her presence made every gathering brighter, and her absence will be deeply felt.

Known for her resilience, compassion, and humor, Jo Nell lived a life defined by love—for her family, her faith, and her community. She leaves behind a legacy of strength, warmth, and the deep, lasting bonds of family.

Her memory will be cherished and kept alive in the hearts of all who knew her.

The family will receive friends at Peevey Funeral Home, Monday, August 18, from 5pm until 8pm. The service will also be held at Peevey Funeral Home, Tuesday, August 19, at 10:00am. Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery.
