Ignacio Abiel Perez was born in Paras, Nuevo Leon, Mexico, to Ignacio Perez and Eufemia Perez-Cantú. He was the eldest of seven siblings: Juan Jose, Victor Hugo, Rosa Nelly, Maria Eugenia, Maria Elena, and Heberto Perez. At age 26, he moved to Houston to marry the love of his life, Diana Ruiz. Together, they built a life filled with love, trust, and many adventures.

Ignacio was a devoted father to his three children, Yvonne, Abiel, and Adriana Perez. He cherished his role as a grandfather to his granddaughters Tatiana and Kiara, and his grandson-in-law, Foster.

Ignacio loved being there for his loved ones, always making home improvements and going on trips with his beloved wife. Above all, Ignacio loved his family. He was a constant presence, always ready to offer support, and was cherished by many. He will be eternally missed, and his legacy will live on in our hearts forever.

The visitation will be held at Peevey Funeral Home, Tuesday, June 18, from 6:00pm until 8:00pm. The funeral service will also be held at the Funeral Home, Wednesday, June 19 at 10:00am. Interment will follow Saturday, June 22, at 11:00am at Forest Park Lawndale Cemetery.
