Gail Agnes Steeves Bragg, 76, of Deer Park, TX, passed away on May 5, 2024. She was born on March 25, 1948, in Boston, MA, to the late Vaughan and Agnes Steeves. Gail was the beloved wife of the late Woodrow Bragg, with whom she shared 37 years of marriage until his passing in 2008. She is survived by her sister Beverly (Milton) Kovar, brother Richard (Gale) Steeves, and sons Daniel Bragg and Matthew Bragg.

Gail was a beacon of light to all who knew her. She graduated from Jamaica Plain High School, studied piano at the New England Conservatory of Music, and graduated from The Boston Business School.   She was a devoted Christian as a member of First Baptist Church of Pasadena and Central Baptist Church of Deer Park, where she played the piano for many years. Gail had a deep love for her family, friends, music, and her faith. She cherished moments that reminded her of New England, especially when the leaves changed colors in the fall, and lobster of course. A gifted musician and writer, Gail dedicated her time to her passions and her community.

She was actively involved with Eastern Star and the Masons, serving as Worthy Matron twice. Gail was an extremely supportive mother to both her sons, and was a proud grandmother to Aysia, Emily, and Aerial.
