Forrest Rice Jr. was born February 8, 1945, to Clotile Teresa and Forest Rice Sr. in Abbeville, La. He was baptized Catholic at a very young age. The family moved to Alvin, TX, at the age of 6. He attended school in Alvin and Dickinson. At the age of 18, he moved to La Marque. Later, he moved to Houston, TX, where he lived all his adult life. In 2011, Forrest gave his life over to the Lord after attending New Faith Church in Houston. The sun sets on Forrest on July 4, 2025.

The service honoring Forrest's life will be held at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Road, Houston, TX 77089, at 10:00am, Saturday, July 19, 2025, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
