Our matriarch was summoned home for a face to face meeting with her Lord. The meeting was for a crown and wings issuing ceremony. Our precious mother, Alice Faydean Eubanks Williams, 82, of Deer Park, TX made the journey with her angelic escort on November 14th 2021. She took her first steps on streets of gold later the same day.

Faydean was born in Palo Pinto county Texas on January 29th 1939. She was the youngest daughter of William Allen Eubanks and Alice Maude Holland. Faydean was raised by her mother after her father died in a construction accident in 1940.

Maude Eubanks and her children were members of Manchester Baptist Church in Houston. Faydean's personal relationship with Jesus started in 1948 when at the age of nine she trusted the Lord as her savior. Faydean married the "Paper Boy" from Manchester. She and Carl Williams had over Forty great years together before he passed away in 2001. Faydean was mother to seven children. She always put her children's needs before anything else, sometimes at great sacrifice.

She was greeted in Heaven by: Her parents, her husband Carl Sr, her sister Jean, sons Allen B. Williams and Mark E. Williams and Son-in-law Roy Allen McLain.

Faydean was a long time member of Thomas Ave Baptist Church which is now Monument Baptist Church in Deer Park. She was the director of the churches "Mother's Day Out" program for years. She made life long friendships while involved in that program, both with teachers and "her kids". She had a passion for taking photos, gospel music, 1950's rock and roll. She loved her card games and did not lose very often.

She enjoyed watching Astro's baseball on TV. She and Mrs. Erma Boren would be on the phone almost the entire game. They were discussing what changes the coaches should make (The rumor was they could call the dugout).

Faydean was a wonderful Southern cook. She won a cooking contest for her Thanksgiving dressing. Faydeans greatest joy came from taking care of her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She always put her family's needs first. She made sure the family was introduced to the same Jesus that she trusted in for so many years.

The family she loved so much but were left here on earth are: Brother Billy Eubanks and wife Earlene. Her daughter and caretaker Deneice McLain of Deer Park, TX. (Son) Lee Usry and wife Cathy of Pasadena, TX. (Daughter) Linn Bunch and husband Jim of Sliver Springs, Maryland. (Son) Richard Sr and wife Tammy of Pasadena, TX. (Son) Carl Jr and wife Lucille of Pasadena, TX.

Faydean loved being called "MawMaw" by her 14 grandchildren and had nick names for all of them. She also let them know each one was her favorite. The "grands" are Crystal and Stephen Addison, Shawna and Luis Pina, Kimberly and Micheal Page, Richard Jr and Heather Williams, Aron Williams and Callie Schnuriger, Colton "Toto" Williams, Sarah and Chad Ellis, Matt and Ryan Bunch.

MawMaw's great grand kids are: Audrey, Luke and Avril Addison, Gabe Salinas and Liam Pina, Katelyn and Mikayla Page, Mark E. Williams, Bryce Carl and Presley Lynn Williams. She was "Aunt Fay" to many nieces and nephews she loved as her children. She had a host of friends and her Monument Baptist Church family, she loves and was loved by.

Faydean and her family were blessed to have Cecilia Colleen Klinkerman as mom's caretaker for the last several years. They had a special relationship.

Faydean's celebration of life will be held at Monument Baptist Church on Thursday November 18th 2021. at 11am., with Pastor Mike McMahon officiating, the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. The interment will follow at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, 1310 N. Main St. Pearland, TX. (Telephone Rd or HWY 35)

In lieu of flowers the family ask that a donation be made to the Monument Baptist Church in her memory.
