Ervin (Erv) Napoleon Brannon Jr., at age 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at his home in Pasadena, TX. He was born on August 2, 1931 in Corsicana, TX.

Before marrying the love of his life, Joyce, Erv spent four years serving in the United States Navy as a Medic while attached to a Marine Corps division during the Korean War. He retired at 62 after a long career with Lubrizol.

Erv devoted his life to his family, making sure his wife, Joyce, and their children and grandchildren had everything they needed. Erv and Joyce were married for 62 years and together they raised a family that knew only unconditional love.

Erv enjoyed playing and listening to music. He was especially talented when it came to dancing of any kind, which he did several times a week up until the end of his life.

He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and his loving wife Joyce Brannon.

He is survived by his three children, David Brannon, Sherri Clark and husband Dan Clark, and Charlotte Fauvell and husband Bob Fauvell. He also leaves behind three grandchildren, Tifanie Brannon, Jonathan Clark, and Phillip Clark and several great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Peevey Funeral Home, Wednesday July 19, from 6:30pm until 8:30pm. A graveside service will be at 2:00pm., Thursday, July 20, at Grand View Memorial Park.
