Ervin P. Christensen, 93, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Ervin was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.  His wife of 64 years, Peggy Jo Christensen, preceded him in death in 2017.  He is survived by his daughters Lynelle Crane and husband Drew of Georgetown, TX, Diane Lucas and husband Randy of Spring, TX, and son Nels Christensen and wife Marcia of Pearland, TX.

Ervin, also called Papa, had many grandchildren: Robert Hart and wife Kimberly, David Hart and wife Stephanie, Tanner Lucas and Anabel Romero, Dustin Lucas and wife Margaret, Elliot Christensen and wife Anne-Laure, Bryan Christensen, Amanda Mora and husband Alex, John Jones, and Sarah Jones.

Ervin was also blessed with several great grandchildren: Elise, Reef, River, Camila, Breyden, Rhett, Wakeley, Ronin, Landon, Henry, Auggie, Maxim, Baptiste, Mauricio, Bryanna, and Jailyn.

The service honoring Ervin's life will be held at 11:00am, Monday, January 12, 2026, at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Road, Houston, Texas 77089, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow immediately at Forest Park East Cemetery, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas 77598.
