With heavy hearts and unwavering hope in Christ, we announce that our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and devoted servant of the Lord, Debbie Diane Jacob, went home to be with Jesus on July 26, 2025, at the age of 78.

Born on February 11, 1947, in Pensacola, Florida, Debbie lived a life marked by grace, faith, and unconditional love. She was clothed with strength and dignity; a true Proverbs 31 woman whose wisdom and warmth left a lasting impact on all who knew her. Her faith was not just something she believed - it was something she lived.

Debbie was a faithful member of Parkway Church, where she joyfully served her Lord and community with humility, kindness, and purpose. Her quiet strength, generous spirit, and constant prayers were a steady source of comfort and strength to her family and friends.

Debbie wore many hats in her younger days with work, but her dream came true in 1999 when she opened up, alongside her business partner, their store Natural Rewards. She loved and very much believed in that store, and retired after 27 years in business.

Debbie also touched many lives through the countless customers she was able to help at Natural Rewards. Whether they came for health, encouragement, or connection, she offered each person compassion, wisdom, and time. Her customers were more than just patrons – they became part of her extended family, and many stayed in touch over the years.

Debbie's heart was always open to those who walked through the doors of Natural Rewards. She often said a prayer for those in need and offered not just guidance, but grace. We pray that every person she helped finds continued healing and peace, and that her spirit of kindness remains with them always.

Debbie's life revolved around her family, for whom she gave her unconditional love and unwavering support, cherishing every moment together. All who knew Debbie will remember her as loving, understanding, and always putting others before herself.

She is survived by her loving children: Stephanie Brock, Chamie Orsak (husband Chris), Robert Jacob, Jr. (wife Vicki), Kristine Schoefer (husband Tom), and Patty Chapman.

Debbie was a proud and devoted grandmother to Tim Fox (wife Savannah), Chace Brock (wife Ally), Chelsea Brock, Cole Brock, Robert Jacob, III, Jordan Jacob (wife Skye), Hunter Jacob, Bristol Beaty, Whitney Jacob, Jessica Schoefer, Emma Schoefer, Chelsea Schoefer, Holly Chapman, and Christian Chapman.

She also leaves behind four cherished great-grandchildren: Blakely Brock, Hayes Brock, Mabry Brock and Kanon Jacob, as well as her loving sister, Cynthia – all of whom carry her legacy of love and faith forward.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Jacob, Sr.; her mother, Esther Tarrant; and her father, Thurman Tarrant. We take comfort in knowing she is now reunited with them in the glorious presence of the Lord.

Though we mourn her passing, we celebrate a life lived for the glory of God. Debbie's legacy of faith, love, and prayer will continue through the lives of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She now rests in the eternal presence of her Savior, hearing the words:

"Well done, good and faithful servant... Enter into the joy of your Lord." – Matthew 25:23

"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith." – 2 Timothy 4:7

A Celebration of Life will be held at Peevey Funeral and Cremation, 12440 Beamer Road, Houston, TX 77089, at 6:00pm, Thursday, August 7th, 2025, with visitation one hour prior to the service. The family welcomes all who knew and loved Debbie to join in honoring her memory.
