With hearts bowed in humility and spirits filled with gratitude, we honor the life of Connie Trevino, who was gently gathered to her Savior's side on February 14, 2024, in Houston, TX. Born into this life on August 5, 1947, Connie's 76 years among us were a testament to a life of devout worship, a profound respect for the Lord's creation, and an unwavering commitment to the path of righteousness.

Blessed with a loving family, Connie is survived by her beloved husband of 28 years, Eusevio Trevino; her dear sisters, Adriana Hernandez, Alicia Hernandez, and Adelina (Raul) Marroquin; her brothers, Angel (Mage) Hernandez, Alex (Esperanza) Hernandez, and Jonas (Doris) Hernandez; and her adoring daughters, Lisa Valdez, Yvette Hernandez, Mari (Gabriel) Lopez, and Mariana (Oscar) Guzman. Connie was blessed & loved by 13 grandchildren & 16 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in heavenly rest by her parents, Margarita and Alejandro Hernandez, with whom she is now joyfully reunited in the presence of our Lord.

As a faithful servant within the congregation of Sagemont Church, Connie walked in the light of God's love, her every deed a quiet reflection of her deep and abiding faith. Her example of her dedication to the service of the Lord was a beacon of hope and a source of comfort to her church community.

Connie's reverence for God's handiwork was evident in her passion for gardening and the thrill she found in motorcycle riding a tribute to the splendor and majesty of the natural world. These earthly pursuits were embraced with a spirit of thanksgiving and joy, celebrating the Creator's artistry in every bloom and every breath of wind.

The family extends an invitation for all to come together in solemn remembrance of Connie's virtuous life at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Rd, Houston, TX 77089. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 10:00am., to 11:00am.,the funeral service immediately follow at 11:00am. In this gathering, we will honor a woman of grace, whose life was a living hymn of praise to our Lord.
