Rawleigh "Buck" Berryhill, Jr. was born on April 15, 1941, in Colmesneil, Texas. Dad was a resident of Deer Park, Texas where he raised his family. On January 30, 2025, Dad went to his new home in Heaven to be with Jesus and the love of his life, his beloved wife and our mom, Linda Kay Berryhill.  Dad passed peacefully surrounded by his family, sharing stories and celebrating his life, just the way he wanted it! Dad knew where he was heading and knew there was no reason for tears nor sorrow.

Dad is proceeded in death by his parents; Rawleigh, Sr. and Viola Berryhill, sisters; Bonnie Townsend and Velma Buchmiller, brother; Wayne Berryhill, daughter; Kelly Lynn Harvey and grandson Andrew Mason Harvey.

Dad is survived by his sister Thelma Pearl and brother Keneth Berryhill.

Dad loved his family and is survived by his sons Mark and Scott. He also loved their spouses as his own children Kim, Risha and Toby Harvey. Dad loved his grandkids Stephanie Berryhill, Christina and husband David Brown, Holden and wife Rylee Berryhill, Logan and wife Meagan Berryhill, Austin Harvey, Hayden Berryhill and Ashliegh and husband Alex Boyd. He also loved his Great grandkids Bristol Cox, Noah Berryhill, Micheal Brown, Nora Berryhill, Jamie Boyd and Lincoln Berryhill.

Dad loved camping, motorcycling and traveling but most of all he enjoyed celebrating and sharing life with family and friends.

For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought the good fight. I have finished my course; I have kept the Faith.  II Timothy 4: 6 – 7

The family will welcome friends at 2:00pm, Wednesday, February 5, 2025, with visitation one hour prior to the service at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Road, Houston, Texas 77089.
