Brian Allen Butler, age 40, a lifelong resident of Pasadena Texas passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 28, 2022. Brian was born June 14, 1981 in PasadenaTx.
Brian was a member of The Church of Latter Day Saints the Fairmont Ward in PasadenaTx.

Brian attended Monahan Elementary and Fairmont Elementary for his early education. He later went to Fairmont Jr High then graduated from Deer Park High School in 1999. He later went to San Jacinto College and graduated with an Associate degree at University of Houston Clear Lake.

Brian was diagnosed with Duchene Muscular Dystrophy at age 5, by age 12 he was in a wheelchair permanently. When he was in his 30's, he was put on a ventilator but has lived a very fulfilling life. Brian was in scouting and became an Eagle Scout. He was very active in scouting and enjoyed it very much. While in scouting, he was asked by the Emperor of Japan to participate in a Disability Scouting Jamboree in Tokyo.

Brian is preceded in death by his father Kenneth Butler, Uncle Steve Butler, Aunt Joyce Butler, his grandparents Dorothy and Lloyd Chandler and Sylvia and Richard Lovell. He is survived by his mother Sandra Butler, brother Michael Butler and wife Sally. His Aunt Diana Hanson and husband Boyd, aunt Kathy Butler and niece Madalyn and many cousins and relatives.

A celebration of life for Brian will be held, Wednesday, May 4, at 11:00am., with visitation one hour prior to the service at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Rd. Huston, TX 70089. Burial will follow at Grand View Cemetery in Pasadena, TX
