Benjamin Leonard Compton-Weaver, 36, of Baytown, Tx., passed from this life January 7th, 2026.

"Ben" Weaver, son of Charles W.F. Compton & Sharon Villamar, loving husband of Heather Weaver expired at his home in Texas City, Tx. due to a tragic accident.

He is survived by his wife, Heather Weaver, and 5 children. Ava, Starr, Skyler, Sterling and Renea. He is also survived by his mother, Sharon, stepdad Eliseo, 2 brothers Charlie and Tommy, sister-in-law Holly, all living in Galveston and Harris County area.

Ben worked for ITCS starting out as safety attendant, serving as a catalyst supervisor for the last 2 years. Ben was an awesome husband, father, and friend. Ben has a dislike for clothing, especially shoes, but loved to go camping and hiking with his family.

Ben worked a lot, but made time to cook and bake with his daughters, fish with his sons, and take his wife out on a date. He will be truly missed.

The family will receive friends at Peevey Funeral Home, Tuesday, January 13, from 10:00am until 11:00am., the service will follow at 11:00am. A reception will be held at Jackie's Bar and Grill, 1053 Marina Bay Dr. Kemah, Texas 77565.
