Barbara Ann Buckle, 61, passed away at her home in Houston, Texas on March 30, 2024. Born on March 3, 1963 in Edmonton, Canada, Barbara was known for her quick wit, dry sense of humor, and allergy to bull*^#t! She was a loving mother who took her children, Alex and Jake, to just about every park in Houston. When her grandson, Cyrus, visited she started the tradition of "night park" which entails going to a park at night, an extremely thrilling adventure for a four-year-old.

She is survived by her husband, Richard Poulos, children Alex (Ben) Poulos, Jake (Becca) Poulos, her grandson Cyrus, sisters Linda (Rico) Macullo, Robin (Edmund) Renaud, niece Michelle (Steve) Macullo, nephew Marcel (Erin) Macullo, her great nieces and nephews Erin, Owen, Arnica, and Dexter, and her polydactyl cat, Ira. She will be deeply missed, especially when we watch a comedy special, enjoy a good meal, or visit a new park. Our family is especially thankful to her coworkers for their love and support the weeks preceding her death.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 18, at Toque Event Space, from 11:00am. until 3:00pm.
