Ashley Aguilar, age 36, of Austin Tx passed away March 19Th 2023. She is survived by her mother Jammie Boegler Nunez, father Rudy Aguilar, husband Chris Leggett, sister Tara Boegler, grandparents Craig and Judy Boegler and her two children Lannon Drum and Meiah Leggett.

Ashley grew up in Pearland Tx but when she moved to Austin Tx where she spent majority of her life she knew she had found her home. She enjoyed hiking, spending time with friends, taking her two children on amazing outdoor activities, finding new places to eat and the occasional rave (of course in her younger days). Ashley may have had some struggles growing up (as we all have) but her motto in life was Peace Love and Happiness. She will always be known as the free-spirited hippie girl we all knew.

Her smile and laughter could fill a dull room with immense joy. She truly loved and cared for everyone she met (well almost everyone) and you knew it because she never stopped showing it. She was the type of person that would do anything for her family (and she considered every friend she ever had family) and loved us so fiercely.

Our family is devastated with this loss, but we will not wallow in our sorrow. Ashley would want us celebrating her life and remembering her for how bubbly and full of love she was. She deserves to know and feel our love as we celebrate and honor the life she lived. For everyone who has ever been blessed to know my sister I hope you hold on to every single memory she gave you. I know I will forever miss the one person that I called sister. She will never be forgotten.

The funeral service will be held at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Rd., Houston, Texas 77089, Sunday, April 2nd, at 2pm. with visitation one hour prior to the service, all are welcome.
