Angela Rose Weaver Gonzales, age 62, passed away peacefully on October 4, 2025. Born on March 18, 1963, in Dallas, Texas, she was the beloved daughter of William and Hazel Weaver.

Angela was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose love for her family knew no bounds. She was the proud mother of Thomas (Leslie) Griffin and the late Tonya Griffin. Her legacy of love continues through her grandchildren—Cameron and Mariah Leon, Baylie and Chevy Griffin—and her precious great-granddaughter, Aleda Gonzales. She is also survived by her sister, Regina (Bryan) McDaniel, along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and a wide circle of cherished friends who loved her dearly.

Angela is now joyfully reunited in Heaven with her parents, William and Hazel Weaver; her brothers, Gary and Hershal Weaver and her sister, Darlene (Larry) Stokley.

Those who knew Angela will remember her for her radiant smile, her laughter that could light up a room, and her unwavering faith in the Lord. No matter what hardships she faced, she always found the silver lining and leaned on her faith to carry her through. She was a woman of grace, strength, and compassion—beautiful inside and out.

Her life was a living testimony of perseverance, joy, and the power of unconditional love. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit will continue to shine in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.

A Celebration of Life service for Angela Rose Weaver Gonzales will be held Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Calvary Houston Church, 3700 FM 528, Friendswood, Texas 77546. A reception will follow immediately after the service.
