Andrew William Gomez passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 30th, 2022. Andrew was born in Webster, Texas on April 29th, 1989 to parents Ruben Gomez and Teresa Gomez.

He grew up in the Sagemont area where he went to Moore elementary, Thompson Int. & Dobie high school. As a kid he participated in Boy Scouts, played baseball, played the guitar, played the drums, rode on his dirt bike. He had many friends and got along with everyone. He was such a people person and a people pleaser. Everything he did, he did with passion.

Anyone who knew Andrew knows how genuine, smart, funny and loving he was. He would help anyone who was in need, wore his heart on his sleeve. That smile and contagious laugh would light up the room.

He went all in being a loving husband, father, son, brother, friend. His kids were his life and he would do anything for his family. Andrew had a love for life, family, his wife and kids, he loved his niece and nephew. He enjoyed every moment spent with them.

Andrew is survived by his parents Mr and Mrs. Gomez, his sister Jamie Tagle, two sons, Maddox and Jace Gomez, daughter Emma, Niece Jade Tagle, Nephew Jacob Tagle, Brother in-law Daniel Tagle. Many cousins, aunts and uncles.

Andrew will be missed by so many, his memories will be fondly cherished, his laughter always heard and that bright smile. He was all around a great guy with a big heart. We lost a special person.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 11, 2023 from 5:00pm until 6:00pm., followed by the service at 6:00pm., at Peevey Funeral Home, 12440 Beamer Road Houston, Tx 77089.
